Kenneth is well-respected and a well-recognised figure in New Zealand and abroad. As a former Member of Parliament, he worked in the Commerce Select committee in New Zealand’s Parliament.
As and business community leader, he has wide connections with government, commercial and industrial networks. Kenneth’s 30 years of skills and expertise in the advertising, marketing and international business consultancy industries has achieved him peer and industry acclaim not only in New Zealand but also overseas.
He was behind many successful campaigns, new products launch and brands building in international markets, investment and new partnership deals.
He masterminds strategies, coordinates resources and orchestrates the performance of all parties involves, making sure that all the efforts were eventuated into successes. Kenneth is well respected and recognised among business communities.

Lucy has more than 20 years experiences in advertising and marketing. She was the co-founder of Bananaworks, a subsidiary company of BrandWorks specialised in cross-cultural communication. She has successfully planned and managed numerous projects such as the Electoral Enrolment Campaign, Auckland Greyhound Racing, MPI boarder control and the Air New Zealand Shanghai Campaign, and many more.
Lucy’s expertise is in branding to the Asian market, from developing the creative strategies to delivering effective communications in traditional print platform and web digital interactive media. Her advertising and marketing agency work experience spread in New Zealand, Taiwan and other Asian countries.
James has more than 8 years China-New Zealand marketing experience. With 5 years China marketing role in Shanghai serving clients including Allianz, Unilever, P&G, Michelin, Banyan Tree hotel and Bellamy, he can bring international experience with a deep understanding of cultural nuances.
James is specialised in leading integrated initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, planning, executing and working collaboratively with partners to activate a wide range of campaigns for New Zealand businesses and organisations.
Strategist, Project Planner
Brick has more than 10 years of advertising and branding experience. He is specialised in global corporate reputation building, targeting Chinese and international audiences, and have worked with Fortune 500 companies, fast-growing businesses, start-ups, and non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining BrandWorks, Brick worked in Bluefocus Group, a full-service advertising agency, where he served several key accounts such as Lenovo, Siemens, Canon, Mead Johnson. He delivered strategic, integrated communications solutions by using traditional, social and digital tools.

Annie has 6 years marketing and advertising experience in China and New Zealand. She had worked on marketing and advertising role in and advertising agency in China, focusing on marketing strategy, advertising planning and campaign implement.
